Here at Solas we try to live up to our name. Solas is Gaelic for comfort and not only do we make homes more comfortable but we try to make the whole process as comfortable as possible for our customers.

We realize that we will be working in your home and that you may have concerns about this. We want you to feel that Solas will treat you and your home with respect. All of us at Solas are committed to making your experience with us as pleasant and helpful as possible.

Our Customer Care Staff are our main point of contact with you and, led by Pamela, they are dedicated to solving all your problems and answering all your questions about our work with you. Of course, they are all trained to the highest professional level but we believe that their helpful approach is at least as important when talking to you, our clients.

All of the team have been with Solas for a long time – we know this is because they enjoy what they do! As well as being experienced and skilled, they bring a caring attitude with them to work every morning. They like to talk to people and help them.

If you have any questions about the work or anything related, please call us on our freephone number, 0800 616 203. The Customer Care Team will be happy to hear from you. If they can’t answer your question, they will find someone who can. No reasonable question will be left unanswered.

If you have a problem with an appointment, please call us and we will be only too happy to make other arrangements. Doing this helps us to provide a better service for everyone. If we have to rearrange an appointment for you, it means that we can arrange for someone else to be visited at your original time. Two birds with one stone!
